  • “Products”: handmade items crafted from natural materials including bamboo, rattan, seagrass, wood, etc.

2. Product Information and Availability

  • All products are handmade by skilled artisans using natural and sustainable materials. Variations in color, texture, shape, or size are normal and add to the uniqueness of each item. These natural variations are not considered defects.

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or material characteristics.

  • Product availability depends on stock and artisan capacity; we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.

3. Ordering Process

  • Orders placed via the website require you to provide accurate and complete information including delivery address, contact details, and payment information.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates our policies.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed are in VND and include applicable taxes.

  • Shipping fees are a flat rate of 35,000 VND per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of order via the supported payment methods (bank transfer via QR code, credit/debit card, etc.).

  • We do not store your payment details; all transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway or bank partners.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship nationwide with estimated delivery times of 3-5 business days after order processing (1-3 days). Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, pandemics, or holidays.

  • Shipping is carried out via trusted partners with care to protect fragile natural materials.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.

6. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

  • Customers may request cancellations before the order is shipped. After shipping, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Returns and refunds are subject to the Refund and Returns Policy detailed separately.

  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged unless defective.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

7. Product Care and Warranty

  • Handmade natural products require proper care to maintain their appearance and durability. Care instructions are provided with each item.

  • We offer a limited warranty against craftsmanship defects within 7 days of delivery. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of TreXua or its partners and protected by copyright laws.

  • Customers are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any content without explicit permission.
