      This feature is usually on the home screen or under the “Transfer” menu.

  3. Scan the QR Code
    Use your phone camera inside the banking app to scan the QR code provided by Trexua. The code will automatically populate the payment details including the recipient’s bank account number, bank name, and amount (if preset).

  4. Verify Payment Information
    Check that all information is correct:

    • Recipient

    • Bank

    • Amount

    • Reference/Note

  5. Confirm the Transfer
    Follow your app’s prompts to authorize and complete the transfer. You may need to enter your PIN, use biometric authentication, or confirm via SMS depending on your bank’s security settings.

  6. Save or Screenshot the Confirmation
    After payment, save or take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation for your records and to notify us if needed.
